APPLICATIONS

REAL CASE APPLICATIONS

Energy IoT solutions cover a wide range of IoT applications from specific sectors such as smart energy, smart environment, smart water, smart agriculture to broader integrated sectors such as smart city.  We ensure that customer’s requirements and key expertise are carefully gathered, analyzed and incorporated into system functionality.

The followings provide examples of real IoT applications, both local and international (from Libelium partners).

Smart Energy

Smart Energy collects and analyzes energy monitoring data from smart meters (electricity, gas, water).  Energy consumptions and efficiencies of production lines, processes, areas or individual machines can be tracked and share to facility operators and managers.

Smart Energy for energy efficiency control of multiple facilities (Self-developed platform)

Smart Environment

Smart Environment monitors ambient (temperature, humidity) and environmental conditions (noise and air pollutions) and sends alarms or notifications when the conditions are out-of-limits for taking appropriate actions.

Smart Environment for enhancing environment monitoring of the airport (Ex Machina platform)

Smart Water

Smart Water monitors water quality (temperature, pH, dissolved Oxygen, Oxygen Reduction Potential, conductivity, and etc.) in real-time for precise control of water conditions.

Smart Water for fish farming (Pha Distribution platform)

Smart Agriculture

Smart Agriculture measures soil (temperature, moisture at depths), weather conditions (temperature, humidity, wind, solar radiation, rainfall) and plantation parameters (leave wetness, water quality) for optimal watering and fertilizing.

Smart Agriculture for nursery plantation (AgNov8 platform)

Smart City

Smart City monitors key parameters (energy, mobility, environment, water conditions, weather conditions, security, etc.) and integrates to the city management platform for properly managing city infrastructure and resources for better quality of life and long-term sustainability.

Environment: Air Pollution and Public Fleet Management

Utilizing a mobile wireless sensor network with GPS installed on the bus for air quality monitoring and public fleet management.

Mobility: Traffic and Street Activity Monitoring

Monitoring traffic flow and measuring people presence to optimize access to cities, service centers or attractions.

Security and Emergency: River Flood and Forest Fire Monitoring

Continuous monitoring of river flood and forest fire at the risky spots for public notification and emergency evacuation.

Tourism Services: Port Occupancy, Water and Weather Conditions Monitoring

Monitoring port occupancy, water conditions (sea level, water quality) and weather conditions (temperature, humidity, solar radiation) and online reporting to support city tourism.
